“My goal is to build your confidence and teach you how to work out with proper form. You will learn that if your form is not correct, then the amount of weight you are lifting isn’t benefitting you the way it should! You will also learn equipment use, muscle group targeting, and safety.”

I also build all of our client’s meal plans. I enjoy fitting in the foods you like and enjoy while still staying on track with your goals!
